All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for all products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time.

5.5 Shipping and Delivery

You agree to provide accurate shipping information for the delivery of your orders. We are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our Service pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR £100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

The limitations of this section shall apply to any theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, statute, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AnimeRareFinds, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by the courts of the United Kingdom, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.

13. Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or a waiver of any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and AnimeRareFinds concerning the Service.
